Wing Chun Cyprus
is the ONLY Kung Fu academy in Cyprus that is an official branch of the
World Wing Chun Kung Fu Association.
The academy is lead by Sifu Kypros Andreou,
a direct descendant of Grand Master William Cheung
(a direct disciple of Yip Man, teacher and close friend to Bruce Lee)
who is the leader, and founder of the
World Wing Chun Kung Fu Association.

Wing Chun is recognised as one of the most practical and devastating self-defence martial arts systems in the world.
It was developed for survival, self-defence and self-preservation rather than aesthetics, sport or exhibition.

Wing Chun Kung Fu does NOT require brute strength or a high level of fitness;
instead every practitioner can be devastatingly effective regardless of size, gender or age.
A practitioner will need patience, perseverance, mental focus, the ability to listen, to have a good attitude and be in normal health.
The aim of Wing Chun Kung Fu is to develop physical, mental and spiritual awareness.
These elements transcend you to a higher level of life.
Self awareness, self respect and a duty to serve should be the goal of life in every martial artist.

Wing Chun Cyprus, currently has three branches based in Lefkosia (Nicosia) Cyprus.
Our programs are for Men and Women of all ages, and Children.
Children’s programs are focused on Discipline, Respect and Self Confidence.
